Can't use dlc on Xbox version

I purchased the ultimate edition 2023 today that includes 12 dlc packs but I am unable to use any of the dlc blocks after installing the packs.

Could you please tell us which blocks specifically are you unable to use? Are you playing in Multiplayer or Single Player? Survival or Creative mode? Could you attach a screenshot?
