infinite syncing on xbox
Won't Fix
I originally played on xbox one but moved to the series x and now when i try to access blueprints or load games i get this message saying syncing data it reaches 100% multiple times but then closes and opens again i tried hard resets and clearing save data but nothing works i can still make games and blueprints but cant access them. Please help.

Could you please reproduce the issue and try sending us a log? To send the log:
Open the Help Menu by pressing Y in the Main Menu.
Select the Report Issue tab.
Fill in the contact info.
Post a message to this ticket with that contact info so that we could find your log.
