Toolbar pages and rename

I believe that since L3 button is unused in vehicles. It can be bound to a radial wheel similar to r3. Which will give 8 selections. Each one setting a new toolbar page for that vehicle.
When you bind your dpad for the vehicle. And need more. You could use l3 - hover over desired toolbar. And R1 to access it. (Maybe L1 to rename. Which is additional freedom)
This would allow the dpad toolbar across 8 pages giving 32 custom toolbar slots. Making it closer to the 90 slots on pc
