Ticket Response Times?

Hi,
I’ve submitted a bug ticket a few days ago and I’ve noticed that some tickets receive feedback within 24 hrs, but mine hasn’t been reviewed yet.
Was curious to know if maybe it’s just my luck, or if the season is just extra busy right now..?
Additionally, is there an alternative space to get help quicker?
