Alternate for scripts for console idea

I have an idea for the programming block that may allow an alternative to scripts for console players and people who are intimidated by the coding for the current script system.

The basic idea is to use a system similar to the logic system used in Little Big Planet 2. In that game you would place a microchip onto an item, a small pop up window would open and a player would create a circuit using predefined function items and link them together to make a circuit board of functions. The system proved to be very powerful and everything used init was generated in the game with no outside code.

The Space Engineers Programing block could have an additional button to create something similar, a “Program Cartridge” of sorts where a player could drag and drop basic logic gate, sensor triggers, etc to build a program to perform additional tasks that currently can only be done by scripts. The “cartridge” could be copyable as well and allow a user to use it on multiple creations.

Again, the main advantage of this system is everything is already generated in game, not 3rd party code that is restricted by console systems or people who have difficulty with creating scripts.
