Craftable coil gun

Would a craftable weapon such as a Coil Gun be possible in the SE game in the near future? Basically like the Assault/Gatling or Launcher/Rocket, this would be a handheld railgun meant for endgame use, and can be used against Spiders well. Meant to fire possibly either Sabots or girders. I was thinking it should be crafted with the same type but smaller amount of the Railgun components, has to be manually reloaded and to wait for a charge by holding down the trigger before firing. Like a sniper rifle with some recoil.
Maybe add it if a workbench decoration block (alternative to assembler) gets added.
