EOS Latency Issues

EOS Servers have terrible latency to the point the game is unplayable for a significant amount of time spent on multiplayer. It happens on private multiplayer games and every player on my server experiences game breaking lag, even after I've spent $40+ a month on Memory and CPU Upgrades.
It's without a doubt connection issues with EOS, something involving crossplay. It doesn't do this on PC.
