DLC's on PC4

Good Morning,
I purchased the base game on PS4 for the Beta release, because I had never played or seen the game previously and could not justify spending £44 for something that I may not like.
Now I have had the chance to play, I am getting really involved, but I cannot purchase any of the DLC's so play can be limited, clearly the DLC's are all ready, as they are all included if your spend £44, so why are none of them available to purchase separately.
If is extremely frustrating, so any information as to when the release date will be would be greatly appreciated.
