Game wont launch

i recently installed Space Engineers through Steam, and have not been able to get passed the very first loading screen that appears when you launch the game, the mouse icon changes to the windows loading/not responding icon and then the game crashes, this happens whether there is an active internet connection or not, i have also followed all the suggested advice such as disabling steam overlay etc etc to no avail.

thanks for the speedy response, i can confirm that i have tried all suggested options, i have tried all the suggestions multiple times, both before and after the hotfix that removed modio from the steam version (it was suggested on the official discord that crossplay or modio could be causing issues), i can confirm that my computer is completely up to date, this includes my .net framework, dx11 drivers and other graphics drivers, sli (controlled via amd crossfire) is not available, my antivirus software is the full AVG package, i do have SE and Steam both added to the list of allowed programs, i run into the same issue even after disabling AVG and win defender.
i have tried changing the cfg to windowed mode with no success, however after changing the windowmode value to 2 the splash screen finishes loading and i get a black screen with a small hand as the mouse icon, then the game crashes and asks me to submit the log, latest log files attached.
it is worth noting that space engineers (v 1.19.something as far as i remember) did work back when my system was running win7 pro 2 years ago, i updated to win10 pro to fix several other issues i was having with my system (cant remember what exactly they were but they were major system issues), after updating to win10 pro i have had no system issues whatsoever.

Those steps were among the first that i tried, i have also tried the launch option -skipintro as well as renaming the videos folder, still no luck... im on .net framework 4.8.something and you can no longer remove or install versions of the .net framework on win10 if you have a later version installed, dx11 drivers have been reinstalled, graphics drivers have been reinstalled and updated to the latest version, i also tried combining suggestions which didnt help either, i have since reverted to having a clean install with nothing changed so that future suggestions dont clash with stuff that has been tried already

So I just downloaded a cracked version of SE, v1.195.018, and it runs perfectly fine without any issues, but the official steam version (v1.197.something) definitely does not work despite following all the suggestions and fixes provided.

Downloaded and installed latest Visual C++ package, also tried MS .NET 5 but that didnt change anything, nor did i expect it to, latest log files attached, the install of v1.195.018 continues to work, minus of course multiplayer which does take away a lot lol

Something in the latest hotfix has gotten SE to run properly on my PC (v1.197.180), The issue im having now is that space engineers is not seeing any of the dlc i own, and appears to not see that i have any internet connection (even though opening the workshop through the game works perfectly fine), as when i attempt to access character options or to join a game i get the error message "{0} is offline. please run {0} in normal mode or restart {0} if the problem persists"
