Sensors ignore Grid Size setting when detect subgrids is on.

Well, the title says it all... But if you insist.:
When A sensor is on a subgrid, and detect subgrids is on, If the sensor detects that parent grid, even when detect large/small ships (whatever the parent grid is) is off, it sill detects it...
