Configurable Scrap Yield

Problem: Swimming in resources very early in the game, especially when adding extra encounters.
"Aww Scrap" does this to an extent, since you get scrap versions of materials you have to refine and you get a % of materials from them which is neat and realistic, but it creates extra trips to cargo and inventory management.
Suggestion: A simple slider to configure the percentage of materials you get from scrapping blocks.
