Capture stations

I propose adding certain stations to the game which can be captured by players.


Here's an outline of what I have in mind currently:


- Each planet would have one primary space and ground station which would be available for capture by players.


- Once controlled, a station would passively generate credits, and provide a place to top up power and H2O2.


- Stations would have a 'free' safe zone, which would only become disabled temporarily once per week at a specific time (IE: Sunday at 12:00 - 13:00 UTC for the Earth station). That would be the opportunity for other players to try and capture it from you. Different stations around the system could have various vulnerable times.


This would create something for players to fight over, and add some gameplay as well as reasons for diplomacy.
