Server keeps splitting on each reset

Hi I'm a admin on a space engineers discord that is rented through gtx servers on each reset it keeps splitting the server owner has contacted gtx and they have said contact keen regarding this as coding issue they can't fix it will upload a video of what I mean as the server has 1 person online on one split and 0 on the other has been happening alot recently and out players don't want to log in as when split stops they normally end up with a big roll back and not much we can do as admins
