Bring back Proportional Navigation

As the titles says it would be nice to have proportional navigation back in the game for the AI combat blocks as it was in the beta and was quite useful. For those of you who dont know what this is it allows missiles that only have 1 thruster direction and was more accurate than the current missile AI as it was quite similar to scipted missiles. Its a shame it didn't make it into the base game.
