The 1st veiw only option will be a great addition to the game for the base game adding immersion and making different designs for ships, based on the use of cameras and sensors around. (In addition, it is necessary to reduce the power consumption of the sensor when its range increases)
I mean, I only use cameras on drones, so it would be cool to be forced to use cameras around the ship to look outside (well, windows and cockpits too, but you know what I'm talking about).
I don't think it can be that hard, it's just turning off a keyboard control in the game options, like spectator mode.
