Add search bar to respawn list

In active servers, especially active factions, the respawn list quickly becomes unmanageable. This is exacerbated by the constant refresh which snaps you back to the top every few seconds, usually making it impossible to scroll through the full list. A solution would be to add a search bar to the respawn menu to type the name of your respawn point and filter the list.
