Better grid control menue interface.

Would be nice to see the control menue revamed.
Allow us to sort blocks and groups into a folder structure. With the root folder being the grid name.
This would make filters by the ship your on much easier.
Right now identifying which block belongs to which subgrid is tedious and basicly involves guessing based off the vauge colorcoding system.
Apply this same folder structure to the terminal/toolbar config menue and even allow folders to be treated like a group.
Retaining the existing group functionality can be used to create shortcuts within folders.
