Cannot Connect to any server

I cannot connect to any server, public or friends.
I tryed restarting pc, reinstalling SE, and more
Problem started after I did a fresh install of windows on my NVME SSD.
Steam is on SSD, Game was on SSD, but now on NVME after reinstall and no luck.
Let me know if you need anything further
