"Possible to build a space elevator" is proven FALSE!

You claim you can build a space elevator. Yet after building 20.5 km high, I am unable to place blocks any higher. It says "Unable to place light armor block" or any other block I attempt. I can place new blocks on the side of the tether, but no higher than the current end. Your claim that it is possible to build a space elevator is therefore proven false advertising.
I found I am able to place a rotor below the maximum height and then build upon it, but am not able to build any higher on the original grid.
