the analog clock script is off by one hour at random times.

hello, i have been noticing the analog clock being wrong at random times through the day. i cannot determine the cause, but it jumps back to the correct time when the hour completes. i attached 2 images, showing the analog clock and the digital clock. i have also verified my system time is not the issue.
