Voting for player kick & restart

Hello there,,
the feature has been already suggested for a server restart

I would like to extend this feature to have also an votekick feature, it could help with players harassing each other or just beeing rude.
Several other games have used a feature of this kind, it's helpful, but also brings potential for miss-usage, but due to the system of having a majority needed it's most times useful.
I could also imagine on 3 votekicks beeing temporarly banned for a time-period from a server.
