Negative Reputation Trader Stations Connectors

I did not know how to name this one.

I guess it is still working as intended with economy before 1.209. but since that economy has changed so should this.
Anyway, now you can trade with traders with who you have a negative reputation, you can take contracts, buy items etc.
The problem is if the acquisition contract is for more items than the engineer can carry in their personal inventory, you need to complete it from cargo containers on a grid connected to the trader station, and if the reputation is negative, the connectors will not connect.
I have the same bug Access denied
