Thank you for writing to us on our PC Support forum.
Could you please check which keys are assigned to the block rotation actions in your game settings?
To do so, go to Options → Keyboard & Mouse, click the dropdown menu next to the Defaults button, and select Block Placement. There, you can check which keys are currently assigned to the various block rotation actions.
If different keys are assigned than the ones you are using, please try rotating blocks using the assigned keys.
Alternatively, if you would like to change a keybind (for example, Rotate Block Roll +), click on the assigned key, set a new one, and then check whether it works correctly in-game.
You can also reset all keybindings back to their default values by going to Options → Keyboard & Mouse and clicking the Defaults button. Please note that this will reset all custom keybindings to their default settings.
Please let us know whether you were able to rotate blocks using the assigned/new keybinds or the default ones, or if the issue still occurs after trying these steps.
