game wont stop saying "Server is not responding"

with or without mods me and my friend cant join either one of our games its always the same thing we been trying for the last like 7 hours or something all night looking at everything we can find we just cant fix it

Could you please provide us more information?
Does single player work for you without any problems?
Is the server/game you are trying to join running through online Lobby multiplayer, or are you using a dedicated server?
Does this problem only occur on the servers you are trying to host/join?
Are you able to join any other servers - for example, the official Keen servers?
Please also share logs from the problematic game session. Ideally, we would need logs from both the host/server and the affected client.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
