Bug related to new contract system and "Intercepted transmissions" item

Accepted contract system full.
When picking up "intercepted Transmissions" object from a found wreak, system will try to add the new contract to your list.
Error: Accepted contracts is full.
Bug: You cannot get the system to try again.
I've tried putting the object back and picking it up again, putting it into another inventory and picking it up again. Apparently, once it has tried to add it and failed, it doesn't have a system in place to try again.
Could you guys maybe add an option to right click on the object to attempt to add contract again?
