Project and build unconnected pieces.

The easy way to satisfy us mech builders and automate everything people is to let us build unconnected projections that stay a station until complete then turn into a ship. This will allow us to project build and install each piece of a sub grid with their setting intact without multigrid projection or built in merge blocks.
