Show combined battery level percentage on ships

Currently the only indicator is time left but that fluctuates heavily on usage. An indicator of actual combined battery charge would be handy. Currently it's only available as part of the BuildInfo mod where it's shown as a number in the battery icon if in toolbar e.g. 26% but it's a bit small. The % could be shown in a row above the time remaining indicator on the right of the vehicle HUD.
