207: Special food items missing from shift+f10 menu

Food items such as the clang crunchies, spoilt food and banana beef mealpacks are missing from the shift + f10 menu players can use in creative mode to spawn in items.
Occurence:
Both on single player worlds and dedicated servers (tested on Steam Keen EU2).
Reproduction steps:
1. Load into world/server
2. Ensure creative tools is enabled for you
3. Open the items spawn menu (shift+f10)
4. Scroll through the list of items and find that you can't find "special" food items like those mentioned above.
Fixing this would make the jobs of some scenario builders and admins from the community a bit more interesting.
