[Block Suggestion] Prototech Automatic Farming Block

Farming is a manual thing. How about a Prototech block that automates the entire process?
Add a seed packet and the block goes from seed to harvested product all by itself: just supply it with ice (it creates its own air and water from the ice).
It should function like all of the other production blocks. It's just self-contained.
