JUKEBOX "The City Lies" Song Playing Too Fast

The song "The City Lies" by Exelan (from the music competition), which plays through the jukebox, is playing too fast because the audio file The_City_Lies_Exelan.wav in the game files is not the correct length.
The expected duration of the song is 2:52, but the version in the game files is only 1:45.
I have attached a screenshot showing the incorrect sound length for reference.
As a result, this track plays too fast in game, causing it to sound wrong.
