Cockpit aways showing on inventoty screen

Even if I turn off "show in inventory" to my cockpit, it will appears to inventory list.

It's because you're sitting in the cockpit when you look at inventory.

I understand. And I think it's wrong. Or better yet, I find it uncomfortable. How can I filter the items in a list if one of them refuses to obey the filter rules?

It's not just cockpits. Any inventory you're directly accessing at the time is visible regardless of the setting. I can see how it could be frustrating but I don't see a solution that would be less so and still allow you to access the block when you want to.
