Make Gas Tanks scale with inventory multiplier

Title basically says it all. Currently a large grid hydrogen tank takes 250.000 Ice, in x1 aswell as in x10´settings. This makes Tanks basically with useless with unrealistic settings as the weight of the ice is drastically reduced anyway, and a Tank does not store nearly as much as the same volume in o2/h2 generators.I believe the amount of ice to be just right for realistic (x1) and this value should be multiplied just like any other inventory for Hydrogen and Oxygen Tanks
