Escrow Block

These could allow safe player-to-player grid trades for ships/rovers and allow purchasing ships directly from NPC factions. Might involve a new Escrow block in conjunction with trade enabled connectors. Both parties could interact with the Escrow block with the seller setting the terms. If the buyer agrees with the terms they deposit the trade items/credits and hit accept. Ownership of the grid then transfers to the buyer.
