Small grid Windows

I feel this idea has remained unanswered and ignored to often by Keen.
Why have we yet not received small grid counterparts of the current Window Blocks? This is not a request for additional blocks, but that small blocks be made available in the same likeness of the currently only large grid window blocks.
Please help support this idea and Keen, please seriously consider this idea. What are small ships without the use of window blocks?
