Increased Spotlight Lighting Effect

Spotlights drastically need to be twice as effective, or more. On darker skyboxes, it is imperative to see at night and the vanilla spotlights just aren't capable of that. You need capable lights. There is a mod that has pretty good settings called WarBros Long Range Lights. If they get increased range, they should require additional power.
