How to protects against thunderbolts during new weather?

Hi everyone,
yersterday i was very frustrated, watching my new ship being destroyed by thunderbolts. I mean, introducing the weather option with frostbite is a good idea, but will there be an option to protect the base or ship from such annoying impacts? Maybe a lightning conductor would be great.

There should be an option on the settings to remove those thunderbolts or remove the damage from them.
