Character is "jump landing" across grids

On land, the character is fine, it seems as if the character is tripping constantly trying to land on the grids i walk over, they are light armor grids/heavy armor grids, this happens in both space and on earth.
I have restarted the server and my own PC, the problem still persists.
Unfortunately i wasn't able to upload a video due to the max size of the upload being 2MB
