Xbox One Version Missing Armageddon Mode?

I cannot find Armageddon mode anywhere in the game settings for Xbox, and this mode is required for the "death wish" achievement. I've seen on PC that Armageddon can be found under the environment hostility settings, however on Xbox my only two options are safe and normal. Did Armageddon not make it over to the Xbox version? Or am I missing something?
