Freeze during removing block

I have a Steam version of game.
When I build large grid and want to remove one of the builded block game freeze for cca 10 minutes. After that the block is removed and everything work normaly. Placing block works normally.
These 10 minutes is for 8K+ block in one direction. 1K start significant difference between place and destroy block ( is shorter than 10 minutes but rapidly growing ).
What more information I should to collect for this issue?
