Online Spawn Point Not Setting

On UK Server 5 I am in a large faction. After two refreshes my spawn point can be anywhere within my Faction and be at anyone's medical unit. My spawn never fixes to my own survival kit/medi centre/last healing point (I keep trying to fix my spawn to my ship so that I don't spawn on an outpost in the middle of no where). I have desperately tried to fix this with no answer in site.
As a comment: a drop down menu or button on the medical centres to make it your spawn point would be helpful. Alternatively and possibly the most easiest would be a prompt window with a drop down menu when you "back space" for re-spawning with a list of your medical centre locations.
