Searching scripts in workshop causing a crash

While on a server or in single player whenever i try to search for scripts on the workshop i get a full game crash. I have included the crash log for one of my crashes. any help would be great.

Got it aswell, fortunately not searching for scripts and simply scrolling does not cause the game to crash, still its annoying and you can very easily get caught by it.
