Solar panel not outputing power in a all block unlocked world

I was playing for around 3 hours in this world, and i only noticed now that the solar panels on every grid are not working, when i saw the problem on my rover, i tried doing another grid and the same problem happens: 0 output power, both grid had empty batteries and direct sun.

More details, it only happens on this world and when i load it and check the output power it starts with a value but rapidly goes to zero.

When I build form the starting pod or look at a solar panel from a unknown signal than they work, but when i start my on grid, solar panels have 0 power output. ONLY on Verdure. They work in Space or Kemik.

It happens only near the drop-pod location.
The breaking point i found was around ~117ALT to ~118 ALT. Lower and solar does not work, higher and it works.
But somehow the orientation of the drop-pod allows solar to work lower than ~117 ALT.
