Hydro Thruster flames always disappear.

Hydrogen thruster flames every time i have played just suddenly stop, every time i think a new patch comes i hope it fixes but still broken.
Happen again today when i was fast traveling, working fine than after I finished fast travelling it disappears, i just have these tiny little flames inside the Hydro thrusters.
I have the same bug Access denied
Boldly assuming we have the same bug, I have also noticed that when the flames go, so do explosions from rockets and Gatling bullets. Makes combat much more difficult. Restarting the game will fix it.
