Light auto contrast/darkness bug for interior lights

Since playing SE2 from the release of the quick start survival release, I have found that any interior light has a lighting bug. I have found that on certain camera angles the light produced from every interior light will slowly shrink until no light is shown, only a bright little flare remains at the source that doesn't affect the world. Sometimes adjusting the camera angle will bring the light back slowly. This effect is most noticeable while inside an asteroid or underground, but has occured on a planet surface with a rover also.

Spotlights and player suit lights are not affected. It looks like an auto contrast or darkness setting is wrong. Id be expecting the light output to be constant brightness relative to distance of objects and voxels, not to do with camera angle. I don't have a video of it, but I also got the lighting to darken and return when in 3rd person for my ship by looking backwards to darken and look 45 degrees to a rear side to lighten.

I have tried various graphics settings but none seem to affect the bug. The video supplied is at max settings on an AMD RX 9070 XT

Perhaps part of the scene lighting has been tied to the camera location and not from the source of the lights
