LCD display incorrect text

VS2.3, LCD Narrow 0.5m, Creative, placing blocks in F8 camera mode.
Tower shaped airship, 16x 2.5m truss block in height. Truss block at the top (i.e. furtherest from ground is named "Deck 1" and LCD Narrow display text "Deck 1" as well. Truss block at the bottom (closest to ground) "Deck 16" and LCD Narrow display text "Deck 16".
Was placing from LCD Deck 1 until Deck 16, naming each LCD in sequence and checked display was correct before placing next LCD. After placing LCD Deck 16 and return to Deck 1, LCD Deck 1 is showing "Deck 16", which is incorrect.

Same issue, since the report linked below, I noted that it was not just screens being automatically changed that were affected. Any LCD in the same save can start displaying any other LCD text.
To replicate it just place several LCD with text set on them and spend some time in the save.
