Held tool suddenly turns sideways and blocks vision

Hi,
So I've only been able to replicate this over and over on Kemik, so I think it has something to do with the wind storm. Sometimes when I leave a cockpit, the tool being held will suddenly turn sideways and you can literately see the hand clip into the tool being held sideways.
Saving and loading the game fixes it. So I feel this is just the tool state not being restored under a specific condition that is only experienced on Kemik so far.

I have the same bug 
I have had it happen a few times in space just above Verdure having not gone to Kemik yet, it has always been on a cockpit exit.
I did notice that it will sort itself out after a while if you leave it, not having to save/load, some other action seems to fix it.
