Double click with tool to toggle

Could we get an option to give the capability to double click with a tool equipped to toggle using the tool?

eg. Grinding by hand, double click to toggle the grinder on, click again to change it to normal operation.

Double click -> Grinder on -> Click + Release -> grinder off

Double click -> Grinder on -> Click + Hold -> Grinder continues to run -> Release -> Grinder off
