Anomalies in space

No matter where I fly in space, I'm "accompanied" by anomalies. They look like small explosions, and it's impossible to reach them. Additionally, my movements have become erratic. It's worth noting that I don't have any large structures (only two ships measuring approximately 1500 PCU).
I restarted the game, rebooted the computer, and updated the drivers, but it still didn't work.
