Left Click does not open the Set Value dialog in the Edit Action window

For blocks with numeric input fields (for example, the Hinge block's Torque value), pressing CTRL + Left Click on the value in the Control Panel correctly opens the Set Value dialog, allowing an exact value to be entered using the keyboard (including the numpad). This behavior works as expected.

However, the same action does not work in the Edit Action window.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a block with a numeric setting (e.g., a Hinge).

2. Open the Edit Action window.

3. Locate a numeric parameter such as Torque.

4. Press CTRL + Left Click on the value.

Expected Behavior:

The Set Value dialog should open, allowing the value to be entered directly from the keyboard.

Actual Behavior:

Nothing happens. The Set Value dialog does not open.

Impact:

The value can only be adjusted using the slider. This is not suitable for precise value input and makes it difficult to set an exact numeric value. The Edit Action window should support opening the Set Value dialog and direct keyboard input, just like the Control Panel.
