Undo/Redo History Breaking

Basic Description: In Creative, Undo and Redo'ing gets thrown into an error and loses it's complete history if my character is in the way of a block that it tries to place back.
How to replicate: Go into a Creative world, break a few blocks. Stand in the place of the first block you broke, then try to undo it all. System will error, forget about the entire undo history and reset itself.
